How do I configure my Bee.Net dialer to use 10 digit dialing?

Effective June 5, 1999 you must dial 10 digits in order to place a phone call within the Pennslyvania area codes of 215, 610, 267 and 484 - including the number your computer dials for Internet access.  See http://www.areacode-info.com/headline/1999/pa990602.htm for details of the dialing requirements.
