MY EMAIL IS STUCK!

Outlook does not remove any messages from the mail server until the download process is complete. Since the download never completed properly, the messages were not removed. If the same messages download again the next time, close Outlook and delete the file pop3uidl.dat in your Outlook store folder. The next mail check, Outlook will download them once again, but should then correctly remove them from the server.

You may be more comfortable using one of these methods;

Use the Bee.Net WebMail service at http://webmail.bee.net/ . Log-in with your mail server username and password. The mail in your mail box on the server will be displayed and you can delete the problem email(s) from this interface

You could also download this 3rd party freeware app that allows you to download only the headers and delete messages from there. It's a handy tool and can be a real life-saver in these types of situations.

Bee.Net highly recommends (and we personally use) Pegasus Mail. http://www.pmail.com
It is by far one of the best email programs on the market, keeps on working when other email programs fail... and it's FREE!!
