Setting Up  Netscape Communicator
version 4.0.2 to .4.0.8
 
 

Once in Communicator, 
Click on "Edit" and then "Preferences."
Click on "Mail&Groups" next and then the "Identity". 
Under "RealName" type Your name or Company name.

Below this, type in your email address, which is:

username@bee.net

Click on the "Mail Server" subheader.

Mail server username: username
This is the normally the first part of your email address.

Outgoing mail (SMTP) server: 

smtp.bee.net




Incoming mail (POP3) server:

pop3.bee.net

 
To configure Netscape Communicator to be your news reader, click on the "Groups Server" subheading.
