Click on the "MessageSettings" tab.

Find "Copy to Self" and place a dot next to "ON" by clicking next to it.

After you send email, the sent copy will be placed in a folder called "COPYSELF." To get to this folder, click on the "Folder" button in the top icon bar.

In order to add users, click "Addresses" and then "User Management".

A window called "Pegasus Mail Users" will appear.
Click the button called "New."

A window called "User Details" will appear.
Enter the username and your name or company name.

Click on "OK".

With Pegasus, you can see email headers and delete them without having to download them. This is beneficial, because if an email will not download, you can first see who the message is from, then delete it without having to call tech support.

Click "File"  then "SelectiveMail Download".

Here you can filter out unwanted or corrupted emails by clicking "Markfor Deletion"
and then by clicking "Makeit So".

If you want to save the email, click "Markfor Retrieval" and then click "Makeit So".

If you mark the message for retrieval, it will apear in your Inbox, the next time you open it.
