Troubleshooting  - Dial-Up Setup

Two ways to get there..


From Settings - Dial-Up Networking
OR
From Programs - Accessories - Communications - Dial-Up Networking

Right Click on the Bee.Net Icon.

Left Click on "Properties".

 
Verify that ALL 10 Digits are
in the Telephone Number Field.

Uncheck the "Use area code and
Dialing Properties" box
Only "Enable software compression" should be checked under Advanced options.

Only "TCP/IP" should be checked under Allowed network protocols.

 
Type the User name and Password.
Remember passwords are
CaSe SeNsiTive.

Log on to network
should NOT be checked.

Click "OK" to finish.
Before returning to the Desk Top
Create Shortcut to Bee.Net.

Close Dial-Up Networking Dialog Box.
