In the Control Panel Things are listed alphabetically.

Dialing Properties can be accessed in the "General Tab" under Modems Properties. |

You can select various dialing locations. |

Call waiting can be disabled. |

Area Code Rules Dialog Box has the option to "Always dial the area code (10-digit dialing)". |

Click "OK" to return to the Dialing Properties box. |

Click "OK" to return to the Modems Properties Dialog box. |
