Windows 95 Manual Setup

Adding Dial-Up Networking (if necessary)

Double-click the My Computer icon. Click here if you have a folder called Dial-Up Networking.  If you don't, then double-click Control Panel and proceed. 

Select the Windows Setup Tab, highlight Communications, and click Details

Check-mark Dial-Up Networking, click OK and follow the prompts.
