Click the Start Button on your task bar.  Select Programs/Accessories/Internet Tools. Then select either "Internet Setup Wizard" or "Get Connected".  If you have the "Internet Setup Wizard", your first screen will look like Screen 3.  If you have "Get Connected", your first screen will look like the one below.
