Click on start in the left hand corner of your screen. Click on the Control Panel Icon. |

on the icon labeled Network and Internet Connections Users using the classic view will skip this step and go directly to step 3. |

Double click with the Left mouse
button on the Internet Options icon. |

Left click
the Connections tab at the top, then Left click the button labelled Add. |

This is the first window you will see after clicking add. Put a dot in the first option labelled Dial-up to private network and click the next button at the bottom. |
